I love the fact that I can have a natural tint for my lips. This is a beautiful color...dark and quite stunning especially being all natural. I bought a second one because I like it that much
When I discovered the tinted Chapstick it replaced lipstick forever for me. It moiturizes my lips, I love the color and It does not bleed. I am 72 and I love this product. I also wear the Rose Petal Moisture + Tint.
Love the smell and the color is perfect. I dont like the feeling of lipstick or lipgloss but my lips are always a bland..sometimes purpley blue color naturally so this gives the perfect tint and it doesn't dry them out either like alot of other tints ive tried.
My 92 year old mother loves this. It keeps her dry lips moist and gives her a little color. It's really getting hard to find though. I always bought it in store but now I have to order it and it's several dollars more.
Love the easy glide on application. Having the moisturizing lip cover with the tint is incredible. Definitely has a pleasant taste as well. Other brands have not covered as well.
It's been an especially dry winter for me. My lips are always dry and chapped. My go to product I used for years is no longer available in the format I loved. I was looking for something new and like that this lip balm had a tint of color. I am using it but I am not solid on the consistency which reminds me of vaseline - it's just a sensory thing for me. If vaseline doesn't bother you, I suggest you give this try. Otherwise the standard chap stick works great also
The merlot color of the chapstick is pretty and pulls quite nicely on my skin. It comes with a mild scent, typical of the chapstick brand. I liked that it came in a lipstick tube, which made it seem a bit more 'glamorous'. However, I felt that the color did not last very long (it was gone within a couple of hours of daily activity). It also doesn't live up to the 'total hydration' aspect because my lips remained fairly dry after repeated use and I would expect more from a lip balm. However, it's more moisturizing than normal lipstick. This would probably be better for summer, not winter, use. Still, it is a product that is a great value.
This isn't my favorite product, but definitely something that will stay in my purse for winter when I am battling the cold and minimizing my routine! The product in the tube looks a lot darker and more intimidating than the actual color payoff. The Merlot shade is definitely a "your lips but better" kind of color that gives your lips some life when you're not wearing a full blown lipstick. However, I'm a big lipstick fan so I was expecting a stronger color pay off. I had to apply quite a bit to achieve the color I was looking for over my bare lips, but it would probably be better suited over or under a lipstick for extra moisture. But it went on very smoothly, kept my lips hydrated, and smelled great.
Not a big fan of the color by itself it has a sheer glimmering 90's color to it, but I use it with tinted lip oils and it gives my lips a nice shine over the oil tint, on its own I don't love it.
im so excited to open and use this but was so disappointed when i start to roll it up and saw cracks on the stick until eventually it fell off. the packaging was sealed when it arrived tho.
