I haven't had this fire pit very long (possibly a month or so), but I have used it several times and absolutely love it. It is easy to use and with all four sides opening make it easy to add firewood from any side you are on and to tend to the fire no matter where you are sitting. I love the design and overall look of this firepit. I would recommend this fire pit to anyone, you can't beat the valve for the money and only wish I would have purchased one sooner!
I have used this product several times since purchasing and am very happy with it. It's a great fire pit, but is also earning its keep by burning up the fallen limbs around our yard. This saved us the cost of continually renting a chipper!
My family loves the outdoors and camping. Since we live in town this is a perfect addition to our backyard. We have spent many evenings by the fire since we put it in a month ago. In fact it is getting to be the neighborhood gathering spot with our kids. The quality of this product seems to be excellent and will give us many years of enjoyment.
We bought this outdoor fireplace to add warmth to our evening dinners on the patio and also to roast hotdogs or marshmallows with friends. My fiance put it together and said it was no trouble at all. We used it the first night we got it. The screens come off very easily which is good if you want them off but the wind was actually blowing them open from time to time. We didn't roast anything yet but plan to the next use. Overall it's an attractive fireplace with multiple uses and we have enjoyed it thus far.
We have had this same fire pit for over 5 years and the doors finally rusted out.(It stays out in the weather not covered) So, I went looking for a new firepit but didn't like any of the ones out on the market today. Finally I thought I would look at Walmart.com and low and behold there it was, the exact same firepit that we loved!! We are extremely happy with the service, the easy and the firepit. Highly recommend
Very safe with the removable screens, but they have since fallen apart! Wish they could be replaced?
Thought that the online pics were great! But once I got the product it wasn't as grand as I had imagined. It is actually made out of steel with a coated finish. The finish WILL chip off during the assembly process. And the pieces do not fit together easily (I guess it didn't help that mine came damaged in the box). It is average compared to those you see in the store and is competitive for price. I gave it a good rating because it works well, is easy to use, and looks decent.
I've had my outdoor fireplace for about 4 or 5 years - I love it! I've used it on a wooden deck (over a fireproof mat) and as a focal point in my backyard. Very sturdy and solid. Only negative to report is that the screens have rusted and I would gladly order a new set if available.
IT WAS A BREEZE TO PUT TOGETHER...20 MINUTES WITH THE WIFE... TOO BREEZY LATELY WITH SOME RAIN THROWN IN BUT SURE LOOKS LIKE IT WILL FIT THE BILL!
to small . the side open to easy , the grate is also to small for the unit
