Walmart had the cheapest price I could find anywhere. Plus free shipping. This sharpener put the original edge back on my knives. I recommend this sharpener from Walmart.
This product does a good job and is easy to use. I recommend it.
An attractive but functional product that does an exceptional job.
chefs choice, the name is good quality , but this is a poor built machine, i got this sharpner for my kitchen and i was very unhappy did not work for me,
When I first got this sharpener and after understanding how to use it, it did a fantastic job sharpening my knives. I am a fanatic about sharp knives and I could not have been happier. Happy, that is for less than a year. I felt like the unit's ability to get the knives as sharp as it did originally, diminished each time I used it. The last time I tried to use the unit, the motor kept seizing up. I ended up throwing it in the trash. I had the sharpener for about 2 years, but we're really only talking about 15 to 20 knife sharpening sessions and I was sharpening five knives during each session. I would say that I was very pleased with the unit's performance for about 6 months.
Does not sharpen even after the recommended direction. Would not buy this product. Very disappointed
The sharpener does not put a razor-sharp edge on knives. I'm told that their 5 slot high end unit is much better. This unit will not take dull knives and sharpen so as to slice a tomato thin and smooth. I wouldn't recommend this product.
Very disappointed in this sharpener. Does not work well. I would definitely not recommend it.
