My dull knife blades look brand new and be cautious because they will be sharp. This is my first knife sharpener ever. I don't have to throw out my dull knives anymore. Great product and I recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chef'sChoice® Diamond Hone® Hybrid® Model 270 is by far the most superior sharpener I've expierenced. This sharpener is so versatile and efficient. I love that I can sharpen all different blade edges and have the option to manually sharpen or use the auto feature. The entire sharpener is very sturdy and durable. It made my knives super sharp. I highly recommend this all in one sharpener.

I usually just threw out my old knife set and would buy new, but I really love the set I have now and wanted to try resharpening them. This sharpener is so easy to use and much quieter than I expected. It made all my favorite knives super sharp again and they're all like new shiny! I feel dumb now for just throwing away old knives instead of getting and using one of these!

But once I got this electric sharpener my knives gotten alive!!! They still working perfect as new!! I'm so surprised how good it works.

It does a really good job. You just have to take your time. There are multiple steps to getting it sharpened.

Literally a 30 minute process chopped into a 2 minute process and the hardest part is trying to find a space on the counter to put the sharpener. All of my knives are super sharp and I'm willing to say will compete for first place as a tool for fruit ninja. I'm super pleased with the results and will never go back to manual sharpening

I had a set ready to donate that I really liked and was expensive and this sharpener saved my knives. The instructions are easy to follow. There are three clearly marked stages and the book has illustration. My knives are now shiny and cut like the day I got them. I didn't realize a product like this would work so well. The size makes it easy to leave on my counter for use when needed.
