This toy guitar is perfect for toddlers. Love the features it has. My toddler loves this toy guitar.
Christmas present for 11 month grandson He loved it Multiple ways to play, will use for years
Lights, tunes, a game mode...what more can you ask for in a toy! My son LOVES this guitar! He just turned one years old, and before we got it out of the box, he was reaching for it! The tunes are pleasant, it's high and low volume is just right. He spends a lot of time with it, twisting the different knobs, spinning things on the front, pushing all the buttons and pulling down the whammy bar!. It's so neat, it keeps him entertained and learning cause and effect! It's even survived a few drops and bounces onto hard wood floors! I like that it's compact and easy to handle from one play area to the next. If anything should happen to this toy, we'll replace it with another one of the same.
Caveat: we gave this product as a gift, we don't actually own it. However, my sister-in-law tells me that her 1-year-old (for whom we purchased the guitar), 3-year-old and 6-year-old all play with it and love it. So, that sounds like a winner!
I got this for my son who loves his brothers guitar but he hasn't played with it much.
This was 'toy of the year' and I thought since my 4 year old (just turned 4) would love it since she loves music. It is a nice toy and well made and very cute and fun, but she hasn't touched it once since she opened it on Christmas. I should have gotten something a little more sophisticated for her - my own fault. A younger child should just love this and it has several options that I thought were very cute and fun. I will know better than to overlook the suggested ages on toys in the future.
I bought this for my 18mth boy for Christmas. It's been about 2 weeks and I have yet to see him play with it. It's to heavy to hold as a guitar unless your child is extremely focused and will sit and hold it in their lap. It' really just another baby toy with buttons that light up and sings. Wow.
VERY BABY-ISH ....HOWEVER THE BUTTONS AND DIALS ARE REALLY MADE FOR A 3 TO 4 YR OLDS. SOUND IS FAIR. SONGS ARE FAIR. VERY OVER PRICED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
I was not impressed with this toy. There are a lot of buttons with no clear function other than playing the same song. My 22 month old has no interest in this toy.
I agree with all the reviews. My boys got this as a gift and the batteries die within a week. I have went through a ton of batteries. They play with it for a little while but get bored of it fast. All in all this is a bad product!
