I purchased this travel system 01/02/2022 and received 01/06/2022. Shipping was fast. I could not believe the price of the travel system. It was very inexpensive for a Chicco travel system. This set retails at other places for $349.99. If you purchase just the Chicco KeyFit 30 car seat on other websites, you are looking at $199.99 for the car seat alone! So, I had to buy it for the price for getting the stroller and the car seat/base. I was worried that the car seat may have an older manufacturing date, but to my surprise it was manufactured in March 2021 and expires in March 2027. This travel system will last a while in my family. Chicco is an excellent car seat brand and is known for safety. That is a top priority for me!

I was a little disappointed at first with my Chico Viaro Travel system because one of the brackets on the sun canopy snapped off and I wrote a review expressing my disappointment however I was immediately contacted by Chicco and within days I was sent a brand new sunroof canopy without even asking for a new one. I have many Chico products and they've always been great and I've been very satisfied with all of them and now seeing the customer service of Chico has made me a lifelong Chico customer and I cannot say enough great things about the company as well as their customer service and products. The stroller is very easy to use The car seat snaps in place very easily and was great as she trains is my daughter transitioned into sitting in it without the car seat. It's very lightweight and doesn't take up much room in the car trunk and is easy to fold up. Thank you Chicco for making this mom very happy!
I bought this system as a first time mom and absolutely love it! I loved the jogger stroller and my daughter is so comfortable in even now without the carseat. So much storage and compartments. As for the carseat.....love it. Even bought a second for grandma's house. Everyone that has helped us with our daughter and has had to use the carseat and base love it. They have all said it's the easiest one they have used before! Looking at the next fit zip now for our daughter!
When my stroller was delivered my husband was out of down. I was able to put it together and easily figure out how all of the pieces fit together with no trouble. The design is sleek and attractive. I love how lightweight all of the components are! I put the base in both of our cars and found that it was very easy to take in and out of each vehicle. I also really like how the travel system will work for the many stages of our baby's life, from infant to toddler. All in all an excellent stroller! I would definitely recommend this travel system.
this was bought as a shower gift for 10-07-2023, so it has not been gifted yet. I think they are going to love it.
Best decision I have made, gave this as a baby shower gift very easy to put together, very smooth and the seat was very soft easy to fold up also
Chico car seats are amazing and with it fitting in the stroller is was a great choice. My daughter is very excited to use it when her baby arrives in December
i love this product so much used it on my last 2 boys. i want to see something new and sassy for lil girls like a fusia or bellerina pink or a lime green something NEWER please
First I have to say that I love how easy it is to fold and maneuver the stroller. However I have issues with the fabric. After a use in a light sprinkle the stroller was put into my vehicle along with the seat. Upon arriving home the car seat was taken into our home.The next morning I noticed the top canopy of the car seat had mildewed. Upon further inspection the stroller canopy had as well. I am not able to get those spots out. I could see if it were soaked and shut in for days, but this was not the case. I've owned many car seats and strollers and never had this happen before.
