The pink salmon pouch is a well proportion for one serving size. It's easy for lunch or snacking. Flavorful, fresh and easy recipe with coleslaw dressing, sweet onions and avocado.
I had never saw this before and gave it a try. It was good for a few sandwiches and it was only 1.00 the day I bought it. So I can't complain. I paired it with Melba toast and pickles and cottage cheese for a light lunch. If you are a big eater this would be one serving, still a bargain lunch. Can't say much for the taste, it didn't seem to have one to me.
I have never been able to make a decent salmon croquette using canned salmon. So, decided to try this since I am devoted to the tuna in packages as opposed to the canned. This makes about 5 croquettes using one egg, chopped onion and some well crushed crackers. The patties stayed together well and were very tasty. I'll be buying more of this.
It is a perfect snack by itself or in a sandwich. Simply delicious, not overpowering.
How good it was
I like this salmon, but I did NOT GET SMOKED SALMON like info showed. Instead, I was given just regular salmon. It is OK, but I don't like it when the information says otherwise and SMOKED was what I had chosen. If I was given a substitute, I like to know that.
I order tuna and salmon fish pouches in groups of 12 since they are displayed in the store in a container for convenience and especially access at home. Why do they always remove the pouches from it and put them as a mass in the bags or now in the delivery box when I order online ? Quit doing that!!! Keep them conveniently together !
Ordered 2 and I only received one. Then they made it so difficult to get money refunded back. 9 minute wait time is ridiculous.
It is NOT smoked! Taste not good - fishy even after I added spices/herbs.
This tastes and looks like cat food. Horrible product.
