Brad just installed my lights and did a fantastic job! I love it. The house looks great!
Still waiting after ordering on 11/20 for install. They scheduled then two hours prior to scheduled time, sent a text saying their pro was not available. Rescheduled for four days later. Received a text the evening prior saying they need to reschedule a second time. No confidence in getting these installed. Poor reflection on Walmart for advertising this.
I am disgusted with the service we received. Two separate bookings and two no shows. I spent hours online and the phone only to be lied to and false promises. You, Handy and their independent contractors all failed! And by the way, four promises for gift cards in my email immediately and guess what... nothing! What should I have expected from Walmart? I am taking to the internet. No one deserves to be treated so badly. Disgusting!
They was suppose and Larry T was suppose to come and was a NO SHOW. called the number and they couldnt gps him so they cancel after being 30 minutes late. Why take the job if your not going to ahow. Should not ever be able to work for the company again
I am UNHAPPY. my lights are horrible looking. First they were late which whatever fine maybe another house took longer. Then I explain what I want. Icicle lights on the edges... that's it. The woman tells me "that's not easy" ummm k. I tell her I have 2 19ft and 2 26ft the 19ft are for above the garage the 26 for the rest of the house. She did the opposite so above the garage is all bunched up and the rest doesn't cover the house. A gap in one place and another part has no lights and an extension cord hanging in front of a window. Then they leave before saying anything to us. On top of this apparently this "professional" was cursing up a storm while hanging my lights for all my neighbors to hear and one of my friends as she is walking up to my house with her 3 young children. They didn't know how to connect our lights so my husband went to show them and they argued cause they wanted to just have extension cords dangling for each individual strand... I emailed and the handy service does have someone coming out to fix them and I hope the next person does a better job cause I'm so unhappy with the atrocious job. They did these lights Saturday afternoon. They are already falling off my house Monday morning. Some of the lights were placed on the siding below the shingles and some were placed directly on the shingles themselves. My house seriously looks like the laughing stock of the neighborhood right now. Almost like I had children get up there and do it versus "professionals" then the woman sends a me a text message TWICE to rate her. After arriving late, she tells me the I job isn't easy, curses up a storm, messes up my lights, doesn't so what I asked, left without asking me if it was ok. The whole experience was unreal.
They cancelled an hour before they were to arrived. They didn't even call; they sent a text. They have no credibility in my book. I'm still waiting for my refund.
They kept canceling on me hours before they were scheduled to show up. I tried to give them a chance but after canceling and rescheduling me 3 times I just gave up and canceled it all together.
Wasted nearly two weeks of my time, and unnecessarily delayed the installation of our Christmas lights. We had three different installers assigned to do the job, and each one canceled hours before they were to arrive to install the lights. I would highly discourage anyone from using this "Handy" service.
Paid for the service and was scheduled for the following Tuesday. The pro rescheduled for the next day because of rain, but didn't show. I contacted on Saturday and he said he would come on Sunday. A week later and I still don't have lights hung with no communication from the pro. Spent $400 on lights in addition to the cost of service and nothing is hung. Highly disappointed.

The night before the rescheduled date, they sent another text to reschedule again. I wanted to have the lights up prior to Christmas. Walmart should have thought this through.
