My Tea Kettle was gifted to me by my Son for Christmas approximately 10 years ago. I still love it to this day. Convenient, functional and sturdy. Great quality.
We received this as a wedding gift and it has been used regularly for the past 5 years. Right away, we noticed that once water is boiled, the handle is too hot to touch. Over the past year, though, it's been even more disappointing. The spout has melted, we assume, due to our gas stove. This is unfortunate, given that the kettle is advertised as “all range compatible.”
I waited almost a year for this (wanted orange), and now the handle is loose. Very unhappy.
