I primarily bought this for making homemade cleaning products and bath bombs. Its a good value for quantity, quality and price. Will be purchasing again. .
used it to keep bananas from browning
Thanks for making the citric acid powder available. I use it to safely can produce.
Used in thc gummies. It really makes the difference.
I baught this to add to strawberries and such but all the reviews are saying it used for cleaning
This is a wonderful food discovery that chefs have resorted to when lemons cannot provide enough of that tart citrus taste. I use it in small amounts in soups, marinades, rice in lieu of lemons or limes. The results are wonderful and even better I think it may not substitute for lemon zest flavors as well but that’s my next experiment. All in all, this adds a gourmet touch to my own cooking.
It was here in 2 days. We use it for a ton stuff (cannong, homemade lemi-shine, etc.) And I didn't notice we were out. This stuff is pure and works great.
I love this brand. It isn't the cheapest but they have good quality and packaging too.
Use it to clean with. Takes rust stains out.
This stuff must be cut with something because it is not strong enuf to break up any mineral deposits. I would not recommend it.
