i have used this product for years. The color is consistent, it is easy to use, and takes little time.
I purchased this product to dye my hair. My hair is naturally auburn/copper colored and I wanted to go darker and I LOVE IT!!!! I purchased this product because it contains no ammonia and it damages your hair less than other brands and it is nonpermenant which is a plus because I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not.
No smell which is great, great product
This is the perfect shade for your cool skin. It can be difficult to find the cool medium blonde shades, hence I am so glad to have found this one. Not too dark and not too light with absolutely no brassiness whatsoever. Colour looks oh so natural -like you were born with it. I was a natural blonde till my early teens so went back with this cool blonde shade. Does what it states and keeps hair feeling unaltered.
this hair color is quick and comes with a washing conditioner that makes even my thick coarse hair soft and manageable.
This product is the "original" NOT the new CREAM Natural Instincts! There is a picture on the side of the box that shows the items inside. I prefer the original product over the NEW cream Natural Instincts. I have had problems finding the 'original' on the shelves of my favorite drug stores but now that I have found it at Walmart I will always order it here....Thank you Walmart!
Went from blonde to brunette in half an hour! Really easy to use, very pleased with the results. Been too chicken to dye my hair my whole life! I agree with another poster, it's semi-permanent, its fun! Go for it! 10 bucks or under!
Softens my hair while adding a beautiful tint of brightness
I got this color because my friend wanted to switch hair colors for her 21st birthday as something fun to do. I have a natural beautiful auburn color, and she has a rich chestnut brown. So we decided to "switch". I'd never colored my hair before in my life, and was terrified because I love my red hair. She assured me that it would wash out in 28 days. So I did it. Rather than being a nice chestnut brown though, this hair color dyed my apparently very absorbent hair almost black. It was so dark. That was around April 15th. I washed it about 13 times within the first 3 days. I now wash it with a clarifying spray, shampoo with dish soap, shampoo with Sulfate free shampoo and then I do a hair mask by Enjoy. It is now May 31st and my hair is still brown. There is some red showing through, but over all, it is still very brown compared to the vibrant red I had before. I HATE this hair color. It definitely did not wash out in 28 days. As for application, it was pretty easy, but make sure you cover any surfaces that you don't want to get color on as this stains EVERYTHING. My hair is shoulder length and really thick, so we were running low on color and actually had to use the touch up color to finish the job. If you're looking for long lasting color though, go for it. But be aware that this color seems to be more permanent than temporary. It washes out a little bit, but not a lot. I've still got a long ways to go before being naturally red again.
My hair is naturally dark brown and I bought Med Brown because the box suggested to go with a lighter shade if unsure of which to get. It turned my hair nearly black and my grays are still there!! It is so ugly. Total waste of money.
