This is a great kennel cover. I've got a Vizsla, and they don't have the undercoat necessary to keep them warm in the winter. This cover really provides him the warmth he needs in the cold winter months. I'd recommend this to anyone, anytime.
For the price of this thing you can't beat it!!! Added the canvas top and love it!!
Fit good. Great price and free shipping. And now im out of the wind
Pros: Price/Performance ratio is good; easy to store; good temporary protection against rain/wind/cold; fits Polaris well; durable; good product for the price Cons: Difficult to stretch/adjust enough to remove wrinkles even when it has been rolled up rather than folded; slight nuisance for one person to install since you have to move from one side of the vehicle to the other several times in order to get it properly adjusted/fastened to maximize visibility and minimize flapping while moving; Best Uses: Temporary, quick on/off solution for occasional weather protection and for those who don't want a permanent windshield that gets dirty/scratched or otherwise inhibits clear visibility. NOTE: I do a lot of wildlife photography on my property while riding in the Polaris and need an unobstructed view through the front so I can stop and take photos quickly; any type of permanent windshield would diminish photo quality looking through the front; or, frequently require complete stops to get out and take photos; or, require repositioning of the Polaris in order to take unobstructed photos out the sides. With wildlife photography, if you hesitate or move around too much, your subject (and neat wildlife photo) could be gone. Comments: Cumbersome for one person to install; not much can be done about that due to flexible material; Instructions should indicate that it is easier to install lower Velcro adhesive strip with the hood removed for easier access to lower windshield frame; Would be nice if a storage bag was included so the windshield could be stored and protected on the vehicle itself. I made a homemade storage pouch (see photos) from a heavy duty contractor trash bag and piece of Velcro and store it in the ceiling of the cab with twist ties. It works well; Will the Velcro strip adhesive be difficult to remove in the event the roll up windshield is not wanted anymore and replaced with a more permanent factory windshield?; Windshield should probably be rolled up rather than folded for storage to minimize creases/damage; Takes too much time to adjust windshield to try and remove wrinkles after installation; Traps heat in cab; bad in summer, good in winter; Friend got disoriented while driving due to blurred visibility through windshield; I have no problem, but am more familiar with the trails/property; Would be helpful if a water-shedding (i.e., Rain-X) product could be applied to improve visibility during rains. Can something like this be used?; Providing a “Usage Tips” (e.g., using Rain-X, removing hood for easier installation, etc.) in the Instruction Manual would make the product more attractive and helpful to buyers/users; It takes me approximately 5 minutes to install the windshield by myself, making it almost necessary to install the windshield far enough in advance without knowing if it will really rain or not. It could turn out that the effort expended to install the windshield could be for not, if it ends up not raining. On the other hand, waiting until it starts to rain first could result in a soaking while installing the windshield making that effort mute as well; Debris (leaves, twigs, bugs, etc.) can accumulate on the Velcro strip at bottom of the windshield frame, possibly reducing holding power between windshield and Velcro strip.
These are great for evening rides or when it starts to rain
Great as a windbreaker. Looks nice and easy to install. Not sure what the zipper is for. Distorts vision somewhat, but expected since not glass. Overall, would recommend.
I bought this for my Honda pioneer 1000/5. It fits almost perfectly. Saves a lot of money vs the high price pexi or glass.
Those complaining or writing poor reviews are overly picky or unrealistic. The product is plastic but you can see through it but not like glass. For the price it does the job it intended for, blocking the cold wind. Don't plan on using during the summer. You can see through fine during the day, a little less clear at nighttime but works fine. If you need an inexpensive windshield, it is a great product. Those complaining about not seeing through probably have poor eyesight in my opinion.
the windshield is too short it does not cover top to bottom sufficiently there's still a large amount of wind coming through the bottom or else the black bar would be in your line of vision
It is useless. I expected to be able to zip out the windshield. With only one zipper on the driver side it is unusable. I returned it.
