This cover is made of a heavy duty fabric, not a cheap plastic type material. It looks very nice on the BBQ and is very durable. It's a little more cost wise than some of the covers I saw but so glad I spent the extra money for it as it was worth it. It was still very affordable.
Could not find a better cover for my Masterbuilt 40 XL smoker. It covers the fuel tank too. Strong heavy waterproof material very thick. It doesn't blow off during strong winds either.
I am truely amazed that you can still buy a product that is not "throw away ". The quality is top notch and the looks are very nice. Especially impressed with the straps for the casters. The fit is perfect and the zipper pouch is a nice thought indeed, along with the handles. The best part is I paid little more than what i paid for the last cover that lasted less than a season. I expect this to last many seasons. Wade
This is my second purchase of this cover (over a number of years). In both of the last 2 I've gotten, there is an elastic drawstring around the bottom of the cover, which is not shown in the photos. This can be easily removed if you don't like it. These covers are very nice quality. I really like the sand color, as it doesn't absorb so much heat from sun as a black cover would, which is important out here in the desert southwest. This is a good fit on my older Weber grill, and helps protect it from the sun and elements.
Better than expected material, feels like a sturdy yet somewhat stiff canvas bag, not like a cheap plastic tarp, stitching looks like it will last a long time. The bottom pulls and bunches together like a an elastic sock with a pull string, it does not lay flat like the picture shows. Great for my 6 burner BBQ. I was concerned the width would be a little snug since the specs show 26" and my BBQ was closer to 27", however this cover easily exceeds the stated width which makes it easier to take on and off.
Wanted to leave the grill out so it is more accessible for grilling this winter. My husband just wanted to throw a tarp over it. I thought for this price we would try the cover. It is really well made, not skimpy, good neutral color, heavy material that won't blow off. Even my husband was impressed. Highly recommend.
I actually bought it to cover a large garden cart that I have no room for in my garage and need to store under my deck and it works great.
The quality of workmanship and the fabric seem nice. We checked to make sure it fits...it does. We actually won't put it to use at least until after hurricane season is over. Our current grill cover is still fine, but fabric is fading. That was why we bought the replacement. We have found that tan covers look better longer than black ones. The black ones fade very fast.
This cover has an elastic skirt hem which surrounds the bottom of the grill holding it in place. The picture doesn't show it, but a great feature. Won't blow off. Nice thick material. Expect it to do its job. Great price for the quality.
Bought this 9 months ago, right before the height of summer. Live in S. Florida, so climate can be hard on outdoor fabrics. Even so, water has pooled in the corners of the elastic hem. Could that be from condensation, which isn't supposed to happen since it has air vents? Or could it be rainwater that got in through the two big rips in the woven polyester fabric? And I'm not so sure I want to keep putting it over my grill with the mildew growing inside the cover now.
