My 8 year old chose these jeans himself. He's worn them several times now and the fit is good. They've been washed and dried several times also and they come out of the dryer looking just as good as when I bought them. No puckering. The zipper flap lays flat. The pockets don't bulge. All problems I have had with other brands. I would definitely recommend them for boys who are rough on clothes but care about how they look.
It is great to find a product for a slim boy at a very reasonable price. These jeans have a nice style. My grandson loves them.
