I haven't used cleansing pads since my teen years, but it was nice to see that since then, the quality of the active ingredients have improved and are less harsh when they come in contact with your skin. First of all, there's a great value in this product. I use this once a day in conjunction with my regular skin care routine and since there are 90 pads, that's a 3 month supply for 6 dollars! They're quick and convenient and really great for someone without the time to go through a traditional routine. My problem areas are dealing with blackheads and clogged pores. After two weeks, I've definitely noticed that my blackheads have shrunk and after swabbing in the morning, I notice that there's better oil/shine control throughout the day. One negative, the smell is a bit overwhelming at first, but you get used to it, and make sure to close the jar tightly after each use so the remaining pads don't dry out before you get to use them!
This product works well and smells nice. The pads are dense enough to hold the liquid that helps keep acne off your skin. The formula is good for milder Acne forms. The case is pretty compact and the product can be used in combination with other soaps or moisturizers. It works well at night before you go to sleep.
I used this every night to remove my make up and I was so thrilled as to how well this product did. I had no traces of makeup left and it left my skin smooth and hydrated. The pads are textured, so it exfoliates the skin while getting all the makeup/dirt out. As a bonus it smells like cucumbers and makes me feel like I am having a spa treatment every night. I am definitely going to be using this product as I think it more effective than using facial cream cleansers.
I have combo skin and being a little older, my skin has gotten a lot dryer with the occasional annoying breakout. I originally thought these cleaning pads would be too harsh and irritating, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pads are very moist and did not dry out my skin. I use them 1-2x a day and feel refreshed afterwards. They are great for the extra cleansing you do after a normal face wash or for a quick clean up.

I was surprised how quick and effective this product works. I don't have a problem with breakouts however every now and then I will get a blemish after a day of eating unhealthy food and a quick swab over the area fixes it up right away. Highly impressed and would recommend.
One of these gets rubbed over my face gently, in the right direction (center to hairline, and slightly upward) every morning after a wash (or a baby-wipe wipe, if things are crazy). they are EXCELLENT for exfoliation between the salicylic acid and their mildly-gritty texture (hence the GENTLY). I then follow with a splash of Thayer's lavender witch hazel (love that, too--smells like baths at Grandma's house when I was a kid), then a smear of Preparation H cooling gel (NOOOO kidding! All it is is 50% witch hazel and aloe! Shrinks 'em pores RIGHT up!) Again...all LIGHT rubbing in the RIGHT direction...Fan the Prep H dry, then... Finish with a light wipeover with good ol' Noxema (tried and true...Mom's favorite). Smooths you right up...'blurs' what little pores are left better than EXPENSIVE, VERY temporary 'Miracle Blur'! AND you can get it close to your eyes w/o stinging! My skin looks better than it has in years...and virtually zero zits...'time of the month' the only occasional exception... :( Oh, well...I guess the REAL trouble's a-comin'...don't complain, right?! ;) Of course...if you're sensitive to sal. acid, these are not for you. But DO try to find some nice little abrasive pads that DON'T have it...and be gentle. Then find a good witch hazel splash (like I said, I'm partial to Thayer's...they have different flavors--free prime delivery from Am...zon...And try the Prep H...awesome! And, of course Noxema will live forever...and the menthol wakes you RIGHT up! And, of course, don't forget to drink your wa-wa in copious amounts! Like a virtually-free facial at home! Take the time...you deserve it! :)
My daughter had acne and none of the usual products worked to control to her zits. These pads (used once or twice a day) cleared up her face, kept new zits from popping up, and took care of the greasy shine of puberty. Just use them like an exfoliating pad (scrubbing in circles); don't just swipe them over your face. It should feel abrasive to make sure you're getting into the pores and depositing the active ingredient down inside the pores.
I've tried many of the acne products over the years and keep coming back to the scrubbing pads because they are so convenient. I'll usually use these once or twice a day (typicaly before bed or when I return home from work). They do a great job at cleaning up the oils and leaving my skin feeling clean. The fragrance of these is slighly medicinal, but not as bad as some pads. the 90 count at this price is a great value - pennies a day to keep your skin clean!
I love that these pads are non-greasy and really feel like they get rid of the deep down grime that the day brings. The pad has a nice exfoliating texture on each side, which doesn't harm my sensitive skin. These aren't over drying and do not leave any kind of residue on your face. Easy to use and stored nicely in an airtight container.
