Originally I purchased this product to help my nails, but the sleep formula was a nice benefit too. I naturally have strong nails, but I tried a nail salon and they sanded the polish off my nails almost to the skin. They were paper thin, raw and incredibly sore. The growth was slow and I started taking these. I noticed an incredible difference in growth rate. I'm finally back to my nice nails again. As a side benefit, I believe the sleep formula helped when I was traveling for a meeting in Europe. Generally it is a higher level of stress and I never sleep well. This time it wasn't a problem. I was really pleased by this product and will continue to purchase from this product line!

Fantastic experience of taking this product for my skin resulting in two hours more sleep every night And the skin looks better too!
I can't say if this has helped my skin yet, but I'm 32 and use alot skincare products. I do feel my hair growth is faster. Sleep wise this has been wonderful. I sleep through the night and feel refreshed in morning. Seem to have more energy and better mood. Got my husband to start using it too.
This product is magical. I've been using it for a month straight and I can honestly say that's I've been sleeping great. I feel well rested without the grogginess and bad dreams lol I highly recommend it especially if you have a hard time going to sleep or staying asleep.
I've been taking 3 before bed instead of the recommend 5 and I've had the best sleep and don't feel groggy in the morning. It's a deep sleep and I feel really energized in the morning. I like the combination because I take melatonin and collagen so this is a great way to combine the two in one go. The collagen seems to have similar great benefits than the one I was taking. I'll definitely by getting more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product I believe helps me fall asleep better, but the dosage is really high. You have to consume 3-5 pills. I take other medications, so having to take an additional 3-5 pills is just a lot for me. I was trying to use this as a sleeping aid and collagen substitute, but after the bottle is gone I'll prob just got back to liquid collagen and melatonin
Unfortunately it is not helping me sleep thru the night. Still wake up several times. I hoped this product would be my answer to insomnia, but it is not. Disappointed.
