My husband says it has helped his neck stiffness.
This is great to have great massage And the heading works great for everyone to and it is battery power and a great price as well
You can't sit without it moving around....the heat is a joke....run from this
The heated function isn't even warm. Warmth wasn't noticeable. The massaging function was ok but stopped working in under three months of intermittent use.
Putting the Batteries in is next to impossible and then it didn't work after struggling to put another set of batteries in. It should come with a set of pliers to adjust the massage mode. Returned it.
