Dries my hair quickly without leaving it frizzy.

I'm not sure this qualifies as travel size but I still love this hairdryer. It's powerful, the diffuser and direct heat attachment give me everything I need. The retractable cord is actually the most helpful for storage. I would recommend this for anyone with curly hair. The diffuser allows me to have my natural curls but I can go back with the direct heat attachment to tame my baby hairs and cowlicks. Dries my hair quickly without leaving it frizzy.

Great diffuser attachment for natural curls

I have naturally curly hair, which makes buying styling tools a little harder. I've wasted money on dryers with diffuser attachments that make my hair a frizzy mess. This is my go-to blow dryer and diffuser attachment! Perfect curls every time. I love the cord keeper, which makes packing it for a weekend trip easier. I won't try another blow dryer!

Powerful dryer

This dryer is very powerful at 1875 watts. I don't really understand how this has more power than my old Con-air dryer with the same wattage. It does dry faster than my old one. I purchased this dryer mainly for the cord keeper. It is dangerous if you don't hang onto the end of the cord. You can put your eye out. (Learned that on my last cord keeper dryer.) There are a lot of settings to choose from on this dryer. There are different settings for temperature and different settings for power plus the cool shot button. This dryer is larger than my other one but after banging it into my head a few times I learned to hold it a little further away from my head. It is also heavier than my other dryer. Probably due to it being larger and having the cord keeper mechanism inside. This dryer is faster and is neater for storage than my old dryer. It also has a great price compared to same features in other brands in other stores.

Great hair dryer!

I needed a new hair dryer, I thought this was going to be alot smaller and I was wrong! I love this more than the Remington i had! it drives my hair really well and I love how the cord retracts so i don't have to worry about the cord. I just don't like the color pink.

works well

I tried this product from a friend of mine and my hair is curly and fine with a lot of it. It worked very well and my hair was dry in just a few minutes i also used the diffuser attachment with Redken Ringlet 07 and my hair was very pretty looking everyone thought so it was a very tight curl and it stayed over night i would defiantly recommend this product for someone else.

Works well but is not travel size as advertised

Wanted a 2nd blow dryer to keep in a travel bag that is ready to go at a moment's notice. The product description said it was a travel size dryer. However, once I received it I found that it is slightly larger than my existing dryer and is slightly heavier. I will use my existing blow dryer for the travel bag and use the new one for at home use. Other than that, blow dryer works well

Not a fan of the retractable cord.

I thought the retractable cord would be nice but when I actually went to use it, it retracts so fast that the plug-in which is a fairly big box flips around rather violently. It also seemed to be something that would break quickly. The dryer is vented out the sides which makes it very loud when blowing your hair by your ears. The dryer is lighter than my old one and has good airflow but overall I wasn't a fan. I just exchanged it yesterday for a blow dryer just like my old one, the 1875 Watt Infinity , which Conair still makes. Sometimes new and improved really isn't.

Potential safety hazard

I've been using this hairdryer for maybe a year, and it just sparked and caught fire on me today...it wasn't the outlet but where the thinner cord meets the thicker part (see photo for reference.) Thankfully it did not catch me or my bathroom and house on fire. Please, be aware this can happen before you buy Conair - they have other models that have been recalled for similar issues.
