I have very fine, straight hair and I have been using these clips for over a decade for pulling the front of my hair back out of my eyes. They are great for just pulling it back, and they will hold a medium-sized 'pouf' in place without slipping and sliding like the bobby pins do. They are really durable, sturdy clips, and I often have them for years at a time before losing them and having to replace them. The finish on them seems to last forever and they wipe clean if you get hairspray on them. The price has always been great for how versatile these are!
these are perfect for my holding my hair back. they aren't too tight or loose which is usually the problem i run into

Can't fit wrong with these!!! Stay put hair staple for decades! These won't fall out or even loosen up! And great for all hair types! Love these, and they won't/don't damage hair!!!

these work good with my thick hair, where other ones wouldn't close because my hair us so thick!

Love these barrettes, I don't feel the clips ons work as well as these do.
Extremely overpriced for flimsy plastic clips. Should have cost five dollars, not thirteen.
