I got this for my Mother and she could not be happier! She used it 3 times the first day! Works great and really relaxes the neck and eases the tension!
I purchased this product because my boyfriend has sever neck and shoulder pain. He absolutly loves this item. The only thing he doesn't like are sounds. But at least that can be turned off.
I purchased this neck massager for my daughter who always gets a stiff neck. It works well and provides relief. God value for the price.
It provides a very soothing vibrating massage with soft heat. Works better if you lay on it, but I needed something with a little more horsepower. I exchanged it at my local Walmart for the Shiatsu version.
I did have to send the first one back as the speakers didn't work, but the new one is very relaxing to use and actually put me to sleep. I don't know that it would work on serious neck issues, but for stiffness and soreness, it is a great value for the money
It is very convenient when watching TV or at work. It has worked very well and very pleased. Highly recc. for neck strain.
This is the best product Ive found to relieve cervical pain. The features are very good although the level of heat is not great but helps a little. I suffer from stenosis & spondylosis in my neck. This massager zooms in to help relieve pain. Best option Ive found yet for neck pain.
I keep this at work under my desk and when my neck or back of my head starts to hurt I use it for 10 minutes and the pain goes away for a while. It doesn't get really hot and the vibration will rattle your teeth but on low speed the vibration wipes out the start of a headache and the heat is as much as I can stand anyway.
the sound and vibrat is good but the heating doesn't get that warm only a tiny bite
I found this to be very ineffective in massaging the neck whatsoever.
