I love this item, it is my new best friend. Had some really sore places around my neck and shoulders. Was trying to not have to go to the doctor. This helped relax the muscles and alleviate most of the pain I was having. Love it!!!!!
I've been having tons of tension headaches lately due to work stress and this little gem of a product has all but gotten rid of them. It feels like hands kneading into my neck muscles - - and I'm able to move it around my back too and lean up against a chair or sofa and have it knead into my back muscles in those trigger spots too. Great value for the money spent on it!
This neck massager is the best I've found and believe me I've tried plenty. It is a deep massage with the Shitsu massaging fingers and really gets the stiffness out of the neck. I recommend this product to anyone with chronic neck problems and needs a hard deep massage. It is alittle noisy but turning up the TV solved that problem.
This massager is just what I have been needing for ages now! After reading reviews on this product, I was hesitant but hopeful that it would work! For me, I like it... but it depends on what you like massage-wise b/c my husband doesn't care for it. That's ok, it's all mine! I'm petite enough that I can also place it around my waiste and let it massage my lower back -- talk about a little slice of heaven w/o having to pay to go to a masseur!! LOVE IT!
I have severe neck pain at times. I have a vibrating massager, but that does not work well on my pain. So I purchased this one which has two thumbs? that rotate in a circular motion close enough to what a masseuse would do. I absolutely love this product and use it almost daily. If you just want a "casual" massage this product may not be for you. This is for a deep massage.
Love the product. Definately worth it. For those that have moderate neck pain this is a must. A tad noisy but then the motors are close to your ears. This is quickly outweighed by the almost instant relief in neck pain. Great for those that also get headaches brought on by neck pain. In combination with Conair's My Aromotherapy Air Revitalizor you become instantly relaxed and feel the stress melt away.
I bought this product a few weeks ago to use for severe neck pain. I've got fibromyalgia, and the deep massage it gives makes my neck feel better. The massager is a little rough at first, but then the relief is really great as the massage keeps working out the pain. The strength of the heat could be better, otherwise it's been well worth the purchase. Also, I use it on my back and knees; it helps, just a little awkward on flat surfaces but still helps relieve some of the pain.
This product was very helpful for the 1st hr i used it. I have a shoulder problem and it causes pain in my neck & back.. I think the heat was great and the massage was fantastic. I was able to manevaur it so that i massaged my whole neck not just the back. The only downfall was after an hr it stopped working!
I have chronic neck pain so I bought this, hoping it would help - boy was I wrong! First of all if your neck is bigger than average you won't be able to use and secondly you have to hold the arms of the neck massager down to even feel the massage. The heat can't be felt either - you would think it would be in the heads of the massager but it's underneath it where you can barely feel it. Overall it was a big waste of money! There's a lot better products out there for the money.
I got it as a gift for my mom... she had neck and shoulder injuries, so I thought it would be perfect for her. She thought it felt great... until an hour later, the unit died for no aparent reason. I returned the item for a refund.
