Nice little phone, but we did need some Consumer Cellular input to set it up properly. The directions were a bit harder to understand than we needed them to be.

Replaced older phone, new electronics and battery. Bought for my mom she wanted a simple phone to call with and not a smart phone. Very reasonable.

This Consumer Cellular Flip Phone is Fabulous. Easy to operate, works great.
Phone has terrible security. If someone has a password on it, you have infinite number of chances to guess it without any pause. Settings are also way too basic--giving you very little flexibility with phone.
This phone has been locked for two weeks, I called customer service and they said to return the item. I trough the box away and I have a phone that does not work. I need help
