I am so pleased to have this nonstick baking pan. i made the classic cherry pie cake yesterday and was so happy at the ease of cutting each piece without sitcking to the bottom. Calphalon pans are the best!
I have recently purchased a Breville 'toaster oven' that will hold a 9x13 pan if the pan has no handles. I wanted to bake my casseroles in the new oven...but I HAD to have a pan with no handles. This fills the bill and is a heavy duty pan. So far, I am quite pleased.
This was the second Calphalon nonstick 9" x 13" cake pan I purchased and I'm really satisfied with it. A wonderful addition to our baking accessories. The first Calphalon was not a true form pan. I purchased it from BBB thinking I was getting a good deal. It was corner folded with seams and when I baked with it and it heated up it would leak through the seams. Not nice to clean up... My purchase Walmart was ideal. One solid sheet molded nonstick baking pan without the seams. It works perfectly and can be used for much more than cake baking. And for the added bonus, after your finished baking and it cools off, just attach the fitted plastic lid and no messy concerns as to where to store the leftovers. They are protected when on the kitchen counter, table or even in the refrigerator.
