[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used different Soft Comfort CorPak Hot & Cold for several years now, they are great quality and last longer then other ice packs I have used. The wrap is covered from the same frost free fabric. The strap has some cushion and is stretchy with two small pieces of Velcro. I had wrist surgery 17 years ago, but my tendonitis (to thumb and pointer finger) still flare up from time to time and my wrists start to bother me. I have also struggled with tennis elbow on and off for several years, where the mussels in the forearm get extremely inflamed and sore. So, I was very excited when Wrist Wrap was announced. I have only used it cold, and the first couple of times it was awkward to get the strap on one-handed. I have small hands, so I have not always used the thumb hole, which is a little large for me. I was also able to set the strap on the Wrist Wrap, where I could pull my hand in and out several times, before readjusting the strap, but again I have small hands and that may not work for everyone. With that said, I had to work to get my hand in and out, and never felt like it was going to fall off. I also experimented with using the Wrist Wrap backward with the my elbow positioned in the thumb-hole and the majority of the wrap covering my forearm. The wrap once secured stays on, and does not fall to the side or or off completely when you move which is freeing to be able to walk around the house and still get the cold relief my wrist needs. I would ice my wrist after work and again at bedtime and the pack was cold and ready to use once again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cold pac..stays cold but soft to shape to area applied. Very happy with purchase. Superior quality to anything I have found available in stores.

The CorPak hot/cold pack are the best I have used. Mine is used a lot at night to help with back pain. I always get relief and it has held up beautifully. Thank you!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for the wrist, the large hole makes it work for all different sizes of hands. It is actually quite a large pack, we've used it flat on other areas of the body too. The included straps make it easy to secure around the wrist so you don't have to readjust. I've only ever used it cold, and it works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this ice pack on my wrist and forearm has helped eased my tennis elbow pain tremendously. I like that I can secure it and go about my day instead of having to sit still with an ice pack balanced on my arm, because let's face it, if I have to sit still, I'm not going to do it. I also let a friend borrow it, she's a hairdresser and her hands are sore and tired by the end of the day. Using the ice pack has helped her tremendously as well. Highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable ice/heat pack out there. It's not too bulky. It will last a lifetime, if you take care of it. Love, love, love it!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite hold/cold packets I have ever tried. The material is soft and molds comfortably against the skin. The flexible velcro strap is helpful to get just the right fit. It stays cold/hot for a good amount of time. I would buy another one of these for sure!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had thumb surgery and purchased two for pain and swelling control. Works well but would like to see two improvements: softened thumb hole area as it is not comfortable and Velcro straps attached to the pack so a person can use it with one hand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the other therapy pack products we own the Dual Comfort CorPak Hot & Cold Therapy Pack does a great job either heating or icing my hand. However I find the bands to secure it in place challenging to affix single-handedly.
