My husband and I received this product from some very good family friends, so the price is not a factor in this review. About a month ago, my dad, 3-month old, and I were involved in a one vehicle car accident. My dad lost control of our F-250, we ran off the road, hit an embankment, and rolled the truck over twice. Thanks to a few jackets miraculously falling into just the right spots and this wonderful product, my baby did not even get a scratch! The truck was completely totaled, and he was perfect! The car seat can be a bit irritating to install, but it is well worth the aggravation!
I am very happy with my purchase of the cosco stroller. Purchase process and delivery was exceptional fast. Stroller was purchased for a shower gift so I haven't used it myself, but my friend was very pleased with it it is colorful and a nice color brown for a little boy.
Im on my third child and was having a hard time finding somthing cute for a boy and not too expensive! i love the product it has nice bold colors,that is sure to match any Interior of a car as well.. and i was afraid of the car seat being a little "busy" but the colors actually stand out ! it does not have alot of features but it is well worth the buy!
When I found this stroller I was looking for a stroller/carseat combo under a 100.00. Did not think it would be possible. I also wanted a stroller that I would not have to lean over to push, because I'm 5'10. Stroller is a good height and includes all the important features. I'm embarrassed to say that my only gripe was that I didn't know the carseat could attach to the stroller. I would take my daughter for strolls in her carrier until I saw another couple with the carseat attached a whole month after my purchase. I went back home read the directions and attached the carseat and have been pleased ever since.
This travel system is worth the price...I don't have any problems with it. My baby is 5mnths and 16lbs now. I haven't put her in the stroller part alone yet.
I love the pattern and everything in general about this travel system... My only real complaint is that when you fold the travel system up, the tray still sticks out... :-/ That could have been a bit better thought out. Other than that, it's THE BEST EVER!
Purchased this product for the price alone. Was the cheapest we could find. But we were both pleasently surprised at all the features is has, the ease of set-up and the durability. I have taken it out for "test runs" and also let my 11 year old and 8 year old play/push it and we have not had any problems. Granted, baby has not arrived yet so we are pushing an empty stroller around the neighborhood but I feel quite confident that we will still be happy with this purchase after we add him to the mix.
This product was terrible! I bought this because in 2007 I had bought the Cosco stroller/ carseat combo for my daughter, and it was a nice set. This one came and was so cheap that my husband looked at me after getting it set up and said "I think we need to take this back." I looked at this product in the store and it did not look like it was too bad, but it was up on the shelf and I could not see the stroller that good. I also have pregnancy induced tendionitis and it was very hard for me to use the handle on the carseat is hard to move up and down and the stroller was hard to fold up! I took it back and got a graco snug ride carseat. I cost me almost $100 for just the carseat, but it is a lot better quality and a lot better safety rating! I would not reccomend this carseat and stroller set! spend a little more and get soemthing better!
we got this as a gift. the car seat is fine, sits in the base well, my son seems to be very comfortable in it...BUT we HATE the stroller!!! its terrible!!! you cant turn with it without the wheels messing up. the undercarrige is very small can barly fit the diaper bag. especially if my son is reclining in it! the cup holder falls off with my keys setting in it (it cant hold a drink at all) i would rather carry my son than use this thing.
The carseat is fine. It installs to the car fine. It attaches to the stroller fine. The stroller even rolls and moves fine... until you want to turn. Any kind of maneuvering is difficult. Even just to turn a simple corner in a store, this stroller is NOT easy to turn in any capacity! We didn't use ours right away (like another poster) and weren't able to return it. The stroller was SO BAD though, that I had to buy a different stroller by the time my baby was six months. I would NOT recommend this stroller to ANYONE.
