Absolutely fantastic tool! I love using it for the beads I wanna use but the holes are big enough. Its a great size because it starts out really thin so it can fit into beads with even the smallest holes. It has a really nice, soft handle as well! The handle really helps get a sturdy, strong grip.
It was soft enough not to hurt my gums and strong enough to clean my teeth.
I have a lot of jewelry tools, but just recently got one of these. Now I wish I would have gotten it a long time ago! I like to string beads onto wire and sometimes plan on using a bead in a pattern only to find out the wire won't go through the hole. This bead reamer opens up the bead without shattering it.
I had bought a jewelry kit which I had to return because of an issue with a key bead. Frustrating. I tried everything to open up the hole a bit and never knew this tool even existed. I will definitely be using this!!
I have several bead readers but this one is a great length. Its 6 inches total and very comfortable in my hands especially since I have carpal tunnel and sometimes find it difficult to grip things!
There is nothing more frustrating than having a bead with a blocked hole, especially when you don't have another bead to replace it with. This tool will keep that from happening again! I'm so glad to have this tool added to my toolbox!
This handy tool is perfect to help with sizing a bead hole. I also used it for spiraling my wire! It's a great size for that!
