I just today purchased this lipcolor in Pink Luminescence. I put it on a half hour ago, and after eating a meal, this stuff holds up nicely. I may just get this in more shades.
I've used OL (blue tube) "4eva". Tried other "long wear" w/ no success. SmW doesn't last as long but feels & stays better than others I've tried. Only prob. is "my color" (855) has not been stocked for over 2 mos. I'm getting aggravated.
I have been wearing Covergirl Outlast Lipcolor ever since it came out. Its the only all day wear proof that does outlast any other brand. You must let the lipcolor completly dry before appling the moisturizing gloss.
I would have to say that the outlast all day lipcolor is flawless because this product lasts all day and complements my skin tone in the greatest way and that's not the easiest thing to accomplish when i have very busy day.
I love this product. I have it in seven shades. To get it to last all day use an exfoliating cleansing cloth on your lips and dry them completely before applying. Then smooth a very thin layer of color over your lips .
Covergirl outlast is the BEST lipstick that I have ever used. It does stay all day as promissed and the best part about it is, since it is liquid I am able to blend colors and have my own custom colors to match anything and everything in my wardrobe.
I have been using Cover Girl Outlast since it came out. I think it's one of the best products ever invented. I don't have to constantly worry about my lipstick not looking good and I can keep my lips moist at the same time.
Replacement shades are usually not as good. My favorite was "Stay On Bronze", a real orange color, bright and bold, very pretty. It's very hard to find a real orange lipstick, no red tones, no brown tones, but a true orange. Please bring it back.
This is a great product and I highly recommend it. Tips: Be light with the application. Buy an extra top coat tube (yes they sell individual top coats!). Thank you CG!
I've always had occasional problems w/ chapped lips so it took awhile to notice it had become a permanent problem. I looked for solutions, first website said to stop using long-wear lipstick. Within a week no more chapping. Too bad, loved the colors.
