I loved this product it didn't take long to put on and the finished look was flawless. I will definitely be buying again! I was also surprised they had my shade.

I am so thrilled to be able to order this online. Can't buy it in any stores anywhere. Walmart used to have it on the shelves but discontinued for this particular shade. I used to clear the shelf to be well stocked. I am going to order more now!
I used this product and the TruBlend. I used soft sable in the TruBlend, but they have discontinued that product. I need the soft sable in the Ultimate Finish!!!! I am not happy with the new whipped or mousse foundations they offer. Soft Sable PLEASE
I have used this product off and on for years. It has always been my favorite but in the past few years the case breaks after using it a few times. I then stop buying it and go back to trying it a few months later only to have the same thing happen. Looking through the reviews I can see I'm not the only one having this problem. Seems like a change to a simple compact type case might be the solution. I hope you consider making a change otherwise I think people will stop buying the product.
I have used this for so many years, easily over 10. I saw another reviewer who has had a similar experience. The makeup is still so good at coverage, but the black case breaks every time now, even without dropping. Also, the sponge has changed. It now starts crumbling before I am done with the makeup and gets gradually bigger until I can't fit in into the compact anymore. Please change both these features back. Neither of those problems used to happen.
I have been using this foundation for many years. The last two compacts I bought, the sponges fell apart. I had to purchase another sponge to use with the make up I had left. Not convenient! Also, my case broke. It looks like there have been other reviews with the same problem. Please change back! Looks like I might have to find another foundation to use.
I had been a loyal consumer of this product for over 15 years, until last night when I decided it was time to switch to another brand. There is no point in having a good foundation, if the top keeps breaking off all the time. A few years ago, CoverGirl changed the plastic compact case for these and I hated it, but still kept using it, since it was the only foundation I had ever used and really like the product on my skin. However, even if you take care of the plastic case and are careful when opening and closing, it still breaks off very soon now and you are left with a good product in a horrible case where the top comes off easily. One time it got all over my cosmetic bag and had to clean up the mess! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD PLASTIC COMPACT CASING!!! THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE! I WILL MISS THIS PRODUCT! The Outlast All-Day Ultimate Finish 3-in-1 Foundation was not the only product I used where the top of the compact case would easily break off. Covergirl also changed the quality of the plastic compact casing for another product I used for over 12 years, Clean Pressed Powder. I stopped using this product because of the same reason and had to switch to another brand. It is a waste of money if the tops keep coming off and the product gets messy all over your cosmetic bag. Very disappointed and will miss these products.
I use this product all the time, some time ago you changed the pad and now I don't even finish the product and the pad is destroyed, I am very disappointed with this change. I was a very loyal costumer but I am seriously thing about changing to a different company.
I love this makeup. I hate the way it is packaged. I can't find a video on how to take it from the package and close the lid. I broke the first one I purchased. I have purchased a second one and don't want to try to touch it until I know how to open it.
