I receive my package on time and the cover fits perfectly my chiminea. It's the right color , the quality is exactly what I expected, great . I like the elastic at the bottom to secure it in place. Perfect product.
The cover is as described but I didn't buy it for that exact fireplace but it works well for my per pus and is very well made. I be-leave it will out last the fireplace.
Bought this to replace an inexpensive cover that came with my fireplace/chiminea. Fits nicely on something with non-standard dimensions, since it isnt technically a chiminea.
The cover fits perfect! True to the size that I ordered and comes down to the legs but covers the opening. The material seems durable and looks like it should wear well. I like that it has an elastic type bottom to keep the wind from grabbing the cover and blowing it off. Overall I would recommend.
I ordered it oversize as the dimensions that would have been most helpful were not there, such as length of chimney, Diameter of chimney. at its base (as it joins the firebowl).Nevertheless, it is supple and feels as though it will last for years.I have no complaints.
I was unsure about the exact size as I have a large chimenea (not huge, but probably 4 feet tall on the stand). I chose the mid-size cover and it fit perfectly even with the lid. The elastic band makes it fit very easy. I have not had it long enough to know its durability, but the cover so far is exactly what I wanted as the elements can make a chimenea brittle.
The cover fits well and looks attractive on my deck. Only issue was rain caused a depression on the top of the cover and collected water. Still, no water leaked through the cover, and we fixed the problem by putting a round paving stone over the top of the chiminea before putting on the cover.
We have several patio furniture covers from The Cover Store. They all have been water resistant, and lighter in weight than prior covers from other sources so they are easier to put on and take off. We are disappointed that the chiminea cover doesn't extend to the ground like all their other covers. As a result the legs of our chiminea are exposed to inclement weather.
Appeared to be a perfect fit until I pulled the cover completely down over the chiminea and discovered it was about 3 inches too short. Not what I expected based on advertised metrics. Maybe a larger size would cover the bottom of the chiminea. However my guess is it will be very baggy.
The measurements provided had insufficient detail so there was too much of the top narrow section leaving the bottom fatter section too short to fit my chimnea. I had to pay $12 in shipping to return for a total of over $20 in shipping with nothing to show for it. The material quality seemed good if only it had fit.
