As others have stated, I have had a lot of trouble/leaking with my mask which wakes me up and eventually I take it off and don't get any benefit from it. I have severe sleep apnea and really need to wear the device. After reading the reviews, I decided to gamble my $20. What a surprise! No more leaking and I sleep through the whole night. How great that I didn't purchase the disposable mask covers which run about $1/day. These 2 covers will last quite some time since they are well made and as a bonus, they are soft. Best use of $20 ever! Also, delivery was estimated at 9-10 days and they arrived in about 5. Five stars all the way around.
My health care provider (SSM Health) and the manufacturer of the CPAP machine I use (Philips) were completely clueless as to how to provide a better seal to the face mask on this device. I was accused several times by people from both these organizations that I was not using the mask correctly. I found, doing research, is what makes the most sense. Everyone's face is shaped differently and for some - a product to help provide a better seal between the face and mask is necessary. I ordered this product and it works fine. It has solved the problems I was having with that mask. My health care provider takes complete credit that this is now working. Instead of suggesting that product or even providing it - they did nothing more than blame me for not using the mask correctly. Philips stated that this makes sense and that would be their recommendation. If that is their recommendation - then why didn't they do that in the first place - recommend it. So, if you're having issues with your CPAP mask and air/water leakage from it - give this product a try. It might work for you like it has for me. It comes with two covers in the package and I found I had to snip the opening about half an inch all the way around - to make it a bigger circle. This is mentioned in the very nice and clear instructions that come with the product. There was even a little measuring ruler included that helps determine the width of one's nose so you have an idea on how much to snip and make the hole larger (if even needed). These covers are washable too and I've found that using soapy water, then rinsing them, then letting them air dry works very well.
Orders these for my fiance and he really likes them. He says they work great and make the mask on his face feel and fit more comfortably. Now when he wakes up he doesn't have red marks and indents on his face. Also really helps with stopping leaks. definitely recommend.
Works great! Nice and soft material keeps the contact dermatitis away. Came quicker than expected too.
I ordered these to help with my mask from leaking air from the sides of my mask. I love them! It prevents the mask from sticking or leaking air, its softens it against my skin and leaves no imprints of the mask on my face upon waking up. I will be ordering another set.

Do like these covers. They stay on the mask quite well. I did have to cut the opening bigger but that was okay.
Help with leaks but takes work to trim and to get on right. I've made it work. Does help with red marks on nose and face.
