We really enjoy these crayons. Most importantly to us, the colors are just beautiful. One big difference with these crayons versus others, is that they are kind of soft, so after you color in your space, you can smudge the color around. My kids are real makers, so they like doing that kind of feature when creating art, it makes crayon look like something a little more special. Since the crayons are sort of soft, the color can get on their hands, but the crayons live up to their name and wash cleanly from their hands and clothes, just be sure to follow the washing instructions. The kids have loved using them so much they are worn down already. I can see us getting more of these!
Having a 6 year old in kindergarten and a 2 year old we go through a box of crayons probably a week. Half the time they leave them outside and they get wet, the other half my 2 year old breaks them or tries go eat them. Then there's the time my 2 year old decided the chalkboard wall would be perfect to draw on with crayon. Well they truly are washable. A bit of water and soap and it took it right out, a lot less work than I had to do when scribbling went through a piece of paper and all over my light grey table. They also go on easy. I've had some crayons that were super light on paper and you had to push down hard in order to get it on the paper and then half the crayon would crumble or just snap under the strength of their little fingers. But these went on smooth and had wonderful coloring. They actually a lot longer especially since they haven't taken then outside yet. So super happy about that. I ended up buying another box for my son who is in kindergarten when his old set was all used up. The colors are really pretty too and there is a nice variety inside the box. Will definitely be purchasing for school for the fall.
Was skeptical about these actually being able to be washed from clothing so I took a white rag and made marks with every color. Hand washed under a faucet for just a minute or 2 and every crayon line was completely gone! Couldn't believe how easily they washed away. Colors are vivid on paper and you would never suspect that they're clothing safe. I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking for crayons for their child. No need to worry.
My child loves to color. She was so excited to get these in. She made so much art work with them. I do recommend them for unique coloring. She hasn't stopped making art since then. I've had to get 2 notebooks for her art work. I love that there is 24 colors to choose from. She's super happy with the quality.
These are a very nice little box a crayons. They washed off easily on my painted walls and off my wooden table. Leaving behind no sign of the crayon color. The best part is that they don't lack in color luster when coloring with them. They are a very nice set of crayons to have!
My kids love coloring. And there are amazing they work really well as well all the colors look really good on paper its perfectly for coloring books are just playing around and doing art. Definitely will be getting more of these crayons for when school.starts.
While these crayons may not be Crayola, they're actually a pretty good crayon. This pack came with 24 vibrant colors with the claim that they're washable. I didn't take a crayon and just try to grind it into a shirt or anything of that nature, but my daughter did get a bit of coloring on her shirt. When I washed her clothes, I checked the shirt really good before drying and I couldn't tell it ever had crayons on it. My daughter enjoys these, as they are her home set so she doesn't use her school crayons at home. I'm fairly certain I'll be buying these again.
These are great for school kids and adults as well who like to color. Side by side comparison cra-z-art did a much better smoother job on coloring. Their was zero wax build up and they colors are very bright. The downsides is the crayon's due leave some small pieces behind while coloring but cleanup is a breeze I definitely recommend these crayon's.
The crayons really do what they say. They were supposed to be washable and I wanted to put them through the test. I tested this on my jeans. I made a nice and dark 1X1 area on my pants. I let them sit for a few days then washed them. To my surprise, the crayon was gone. I also tried this on the same size spot on the lower corner of one of my walls. Just in case it wasn't going to come off. Again, true to its word, I was able to all color off the wall. As far as the crayon itself, it does feel a little waxy but I felt that it still colored pretty evenly on a white sheet of paper and also in a coloring book. The 24 colors included in the box was nice & vibrant. I was very pleased all around with this box of crayons. My only complaint is the box is made of very thin cardboard. So thin that after a few uses, the crayons would not stay in the box any longer. It wasn't sturdy enough to hold them. If you don't mind keeping your crayons in a different container, I would recommend these.
The purpose of getting these crayons was due to them saying 'Washable" on the package. With small children at home I only buy washable art supplies. The lighter colors are washable, but the darker colors need heavy scrubbing, and do stain. These are best for big kids, and need to be out of toddler reach.
