i love everything about it.
Ive had this little green frog humidifier for almost 2 years. With regular use and cleaning, it is still running great. I don't use a filer, but see you can buy them. I don't feel they are necessary if you clean it often. Oh, and it's cute!!
This brand can crank out some mist. I have had other humidifiers in the past but nothing compares to Crane.(The equate brand barely puts out anything.)
Our oldest son was diagnosed with croup at 6 months old. Our pediatrician recommended several ways to help him. After having him breathe in steam in the bathroom, and the cool winter air outside nothing was working. So, we bought an adorable cool mist humidifier from Crane. It was the BEST decision for him, and his health. He is now 9, and has consistently used it each winter. We have bought two over the years, and a Crane Cool Mist Humidifier is the only thing I tell everyone to put in a baby shower registry. It is a MUST HAVE!!

I needed a cool mist humidifier because the steam ones caused mildew on my walls. I chose froggy because it's...well...adorable and I don't have to hide it when company comes. And now I have cool adjustable humidity all night and no mildew. Easy to clean and fill, and for a great price, too.
One of our twins was having a lot of trouble sleeping at night because of her stuffy nose. Ever since we got this humidifier, she's been sleeping a lot better and her congestion has cleared up greatly. We find it's more effective if we leave it on all day instead of just turning it on at night.
very cute, seems to work great, not noisey, im happy with it.... only thing is when its time to add water and you shut it off, and remove hood and tank it gets kinda messy.. not too bad, few drops of water here and there.. i would totally buy another if needed and would sugggest to a friend
We had purchased a Crane brand humidifier (red dragon style) for my son several years ago. When we needed to buy another one, we decided on the frog. The part that sits on the top (which contains the eyes) does not connect very securely, so the vapor was going out the sides and out the back, instead of just the top. We ended up returning this product. Don't know if this was just a glitch or not--especially since we were so happy with the red dragon one a few years ago.
This humidifier is adorable, maybe I just received a defective one because it is very messy!!! I find that there is a lot of water underneath the unit and the moisture that comes out doesn't go up into the air but comes out and falls back down onto the surface. I am going to return and try again.
