Good Product

I bought this product for my daughter who is 5 years old. She loved it. I read all the reviews for this product and have to disagree with them all. I fully read all the directions that came with the product and explained them to my daughter so that she is fully aware on how to properly use the sprayer. The reviews state how the paper became "soggy and wet"...well the directions clearly state to "lightly spray and allow for the color to show"!! Read the instructional manual that comes with the product and you shouldn't have any problems. Some advice that my 5 year old discovered by using common sense is that after she "lightly sprayed" the paper, she blew on the paper where she just sprayed to help it dry faster which in turn allowed the color to show up faster. I would definitely recommend this product to others as long as you know to read the instructions.

Not the best, but not the worst either

My preschool age son uses this product. The arm that holds the sprayer moves a little akward but as promised it leaves no stain on anything but the paper. It takes 4 size C batteries, which seems excessive for such a small toy. The best part is that it does not make noise unless it is in use.

Not That Great

Concept is great, but it makes an annoyingly loud buzz while the handle is depressed. Also, my son's spray unit leaked and dripped all over the paper, even when not in use. This is a waste of cartridge "ink" while it drips from the sprayer. This takes 4 "C" batteries, but I didn't keep track of how long a set of batteries lasts because I'm packing this back up and returning it. I'm writing this review as my 5 year old son plays with it for the first time. Oh, he's done playing. That was a quick 6 minutes of fun.

This product is a waste of money....We bought it for our son for Christmas but when he tried to use it he just got frustrated. The color takes forever to show up and the stream of color that comes out goes all over the place! Overall we did not like this product at all!

Sad Waste

I bought this for my 4 year old last christmas because she loves to draw and color. I love the color wonder line so I thought this would be great. The paper was so soggy that it had to be laid out to dry. The color was so light and you could barely tell what you created. Then you were not even able to see where the color was going so forget about using different colors. It is easy to set up and use though. My daughter still uses it and does set it up by herself but I wish I would have left it on the shelf.

Don't waste the money

My daughter received this as a birthday gift. The quality of the unit is very poor and it only worked a few days before the sprayer clogged up. I love Crayola products, especially the Color Wonder line. However, I suggest you don't waste your money on this product.

Not what we thought it would be.

I bought one for each of my kids last Christmas. It took a little while for the color to show up so my kids thought it wasn't working and sprayed more on. That made the paper too wet. It just wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be like airbrushing but it wasn't. I still love Crayola but not this product.

Buyer Beware

My daughter begged for this for Christmas. I bought it for her, but wished I would have spent my money on something else! You cannot use the stencils in the kit the way they were made to be used. It looks like you can color a picture with lots of different colors, but that is not the case! You can't even see the colors when it is spraying, so therefore you cannot control where the spray lands on the paper. Do not buy this product!

Another useless Crayola product

This product never worked as it was advertised. It just left "blobs" of "paint" all over the paper. I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old and they could not get it to work and became frustrated. The other product that was a disappointment by Crayola is the Cutter. That was the same story. It never worked as advertised. Crayola needs to stick to what they do best... the classic crayons and markers.
