I had (still have) an untamed beard. I use this comb in combination with oil to make sure it spreads throughout my beard. I know it seems weird to use a comb as oppose to rubbing it with hands, but it does make a difference. With the comb, I'm able to spread evenly without pulling any hair. It's not a mind blowing product, but it introduce a new better method of grooming my bear.
I have had this brush for a while, it was a gift when I started letting my goat grow. I would say what my friends call my facial hair, but this maybe a kids show.
Had this comb for 6 months and loved it. Got a wild hair this week and decided I wanted to start putting it in my back pocket instead of my front pocket. Unfortunately, 4 days after that decision, it snapped. Learned my lesson, and got a new one the same day. Back pocket users should look elsewhere. Otherwise, this is a great comb.
I am relatively new to the beard care world but after I had bought these combs this has set the bar high for my expectations in premium beard care products. The two sizes of bristles help tame the beard with me usually going from the larger side to the smaller to refine the shape. I have a red and very curly beard and have never had a snag or unpleasant pulls with them. To show my dedication I actually own three of these (the third not pictured) I have the first for home use the second for travel and the third because I lost the second one for a bit then found it again! The wood they use feels great and smells good as well. My favorite one of mine is the lighter colored one of the two pictured as it actually was cut from the middle of the tree so I got the center rings from it. The writing in the middle is actually carved into the wood which feels and looks great further adding to the premium feel. I've been impressed with every product from these guys and wanted to share my great experience and give them the credit they deserve!
As manly as they come. Nostalgic, hefty, a real straight shooter here boys. Come and get it
Does the job, wish it was a bit bigger or had a handle.
I've bought two of these, and both of them broke in half within a week of purchasing. the first one, i carried in my back pocket, and sitting on it must have been enough for it to split. the second, i dropped on the floor, and it didn't survive the impact. i liked the combs while they were still in one piece, but they're simply not built to last.
Really nice, quality, beard comb. The teeth are very fine, and the feel is very pleasant. The only dig I have is that the teeth are so thick and rounded on the end that I have a hard time getting it through my beard along the jaw line. My beard is very thick. I suspect others may not have this trouble.
If you don't have a beard that a Sasquatch would envy, this comb is not fine enough to be very useful.
The material was really nice. If your able to sit in the isle and open a couple up too pick. It's made out of natural material and no two are alike, some are darker and some are lighter. If you have facial hair that's thin you won't like this product. For instant my facial hair has the density of eyebrows. So just imagine my mustache is eyebrows. The chin part of my goatee is slightly thicker. It wouldn't comb through the hair, was like rubbing wood on my face. Just imagine a really thick credit card with bristles cut into it. I was using a double sided baby comb (i got from the hospital when my baby was born) prior to purchasing this product. Would recommend cellulose or acetate comb over this product. If you have coarse hair that curls (the brothas) i don't imagine it would comb that either. You can get a two pack of ace combs made in America for two dollars at Walmart.
