[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Little Machine.. I bought some reusbable Pods, and Ground up My Whole Beans and made the Best little Shot of Espresso. They also have little Capsule Cups that are also amazing. The Best part of this Machine is the Container on the side that Froths the Milk to make the Espresso even Better. I hope I have many Years enjoyment out of this Sweet Little Machine.
I was a bit apprehensive about how well the milk heating features would work but it has performed well beyond my expectations and can only say it’s an amazing machine that delivers top notch cafe house lattes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge coffee, espresso and cappuccino lover so when I got this I knew I would love it ! It is very simple to use, was very easy to set up also! It’s actually a very compact size machine! It doesn’t take up hardly any space ! It has a water tank and a tank got the milk to make the Froth ! This machine is awesome it has a capsule bin that holds them after use, it holds up to 12 & lets you know when to dump it ! Also I love that I can control the heat strength also which is nice especially when you have younger child wanting some also and you don’t want it to be to hot ! But the only down fall I have found is that I wish the milk holders part would allow you to keep the milk in the container longer by it keeping the milk cold at all times so you don’t have to dump the milk after you make what you want and waste milk ! But that’s okay I still love to use this daily just also wish the pods was easier to find instead of having to order them !
I like the espresso and the many flavors you can get. I just wished the frother worked more than 3 times. I did all that was suggested to do to remedy it back to work, but no luck. So I just bought a frother and do it myself.
It is a great system, i do wish the temp could be adjusted higher, disappointed in volume produced. Milk frother lacks ability to create well developed froth. Use it daily, and easy to clean
This machine is very average, I've already had to get a replacement. It's very noisy and the frother doesn't work properly
I’m very disappointed in the way that it doesn’t froth the milk. I’ve done everything that the service book recommended to get the milk to froth. All I’ve gotten so far is just hot milk, not froth. It’s very disappointing
2 days after purchase, issue # 1popped up : despite full water tank, after one espresso ,display showed "Add Water" ( needed to shut down, wait 5Min, then it was ok for one espresso again!! Issue # 2 Frott was way to watery no matter what, useless!!! Returned Machine and bought Nespresso Vertuo Plus
I thought I would love this machine. Size is perfect and the options are great. The reason I am giving it one star is that it must have a programming problem. I can only do Espressos and not Lattes. The Latte light does not light up anymore.
