This is a super toaster that will toast 4 pieces of bread medium lets say. I use it to keep from using big oven all the time for smaller amounts of food for two people. Would buy again. Biscuits, cookies small trays etc.
Pros: Easy to use controls, Even Heating, Excellent Heating, Precise Controls, Awesome oven, Easy To Clean, Versatile Cons: Other thoughts: I have found that this oven is fantastic...easy to use, controls are extremely convenient and easy for even my five year old son to use (he likes to make his own toast). I saw a few comments that mentioned that someone's kids and husband had burned themselves...its an oven folks and it gets hot as you can bake pizza's and bread and other things in it. We have found it extremely easy to use and joy to have in our kitchen! BOTH my wife and myself highly recommend this oven.
Pros: All stainless steel, Excellent Heating, Versatile, Precise Controls, Lots of Room, Looks Great, Easy To Clean Cons: Other thoughts: Being a fiscally conservative person I had been purchasing lower end toasters in the past and the lettering would wipe off when being cleaned, the cheap toasters would last about six months and we would throw them away, and they just didn't look good. This Cuisinant sets the bar high in looks with its' all stainless steel construction, ease of use with push button controls, and faster cooking with convection ability. This is a real winner that stands proudly in our kitchen.

We intun bought one and have used it to cook main dishes,cassaroles,as well as simply replacing the toaster.
Usual high-quality Cuisinart product. Toasts beautifully and warms leftovers.
Pros: Precise Controls, Versatile, Lots of Room, Even Heating Cons: Other thoughts: We use the toaster oven every day. Toasts and bakes evenly. User friendly, the settings are clear. Only problem, the rack does not slide forward when the item is ready to be removed. We use a pot holder to avoid getting burned on the fingers or hand.
Pros: Easy To Clean, Versatile, Lots of Room Cons: Doesn't Heat Evenly Other thoughts: Has been very very useful when heating things overall, but did notice when I was making a pizza, it had to be rotated because did not brown center. Otherwise, very happy with item.
Pros: Heats quickly, Even Heating, Easy To Clean, Lots of Room, Easy to Use Cons: Can't set precise temp, Extremely large, Imprecise Controls Other thoughts: I was looking for a larger toaster oven, but this is huge (15 x15 x10) and takes up a significant chunk of counter space. Pros: I was able to bake a small (frozen Kinneret) challah with loads of space; it seems to heat up quickly and evenly. There's a slide out, removeable bottom tray (con: it must be removed from the rear.) Cons: Temperature can only be set in 25 degree increments. To set time, you have to push a button for each additional minute; there's no way to start at an hour and go backward, or increase by 5 min at a pop (oh, for the rotary dial!) Another con: there are 2 place settings for the basic rack; the bottom one is very close (1/2 inch?) to the heat - I had to use that for the challah to fit in the oven as it rises to about 5-6 inches; that made me nervous. Pro: When cooked, it did not hit the top heating coils and it cooked evenly. The toaster defrosted a frozen bagel in under 3 min. and cooked frozen blintzes in 10 min. A slightly annoying feature is that if you turn off the oven, the heat setting automatically returns to 150, immediately. There is no memory: you have to press the temp. button and then tap the arrow multiple times to return to the desired temp.
Pros: Versatile, Precise Controls, Lots of Room, Even Heating Cons: Too big, Uses too much counterroom, Prior model right size Other thoughts: the prior model was perfect. we use it everyday at our florida home. when the black&decker blew here in new york we bought the new cuisinart. unfortunately it takes up too much space on the counter. we should have been offerred a choice between the two sizes as not everyone wants to be able to cook a turkey in a toaster oven! (my exaggeration)
