I am very happy it comes with the handle cover so you don't have to get a pot holder. I also like that it comes with a tray so you can take it straight to the table and don't need to dirty another dish.

I was happy to find the pan was pre-seasoned and ready to use when it arrived. The heavy cast iron seared the steak beautifully while the slits let any dripping run through. The skillet is a nice size for making fajitas for 2 people. The cleanup of this is easy too. I also like the wooden tray included with this set. Highly recommend.

It is made with heavy duty iron construction, has a heat resistant handle mitt ( i love this!) slots to help remove the grease and enhance grilled flavor, while cooking your meat and veggies. It comes with a beautiful wooden serving tray to help serve your creation. The more I use it the more it seasons the pan and my future fajitas. This is a pan I will be using for many years to come and will be giving as gift. My three daughters will all want this in the pan collection, as we love fajitas.

The vegetables and meat grill to perfection while the excess fat just drips through the slots. I love that this set comes with the sleeve for the cast iron so you can easily remove it from the grill without getting burned.

Pros: Cleans Easily, Easy to Use, Durable, Strong Construction Cons: Other thoughts: I bought this skillet after trying unsuccessfully to grill some thin-sliced steak on the grill (it kept falling through). The skillet works EXACTLY as advertised. It gives a great sizzle to meat and veggies, while allowing fatty juices to run through. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the juices also run when you put the pan on the wooden base. Was a little messy for clean-up but not a dealbreaker. Besides, Buydigg has this for half the price of the chain store, so I think it was a great bargain!
