I've been taking the culturelle pro-well capsules for a week and a half and I have to say I am now “going” on a regular basis and on a schedule and I don't feel bloated or miserable anymore. I love that they don't have a taste or after taste and can easily be swallowed. I feel like I have more energy to move around and get things done instead of sitting around feeling miserable. I tried Culturelle a few years ago on the recommendation of my daughter. Thinking I may need a different strength, I switched to a different brand, and realized that Culturelle was much better. I'm taking Culturelle again, and feeling so much better!
Have been using Culturelle Health & Wellness or Digestive Health for over 10 years, choosing them because they were one of the few probiotics at that time that didn't contain dairy. After developing a digestive issue this year, stopped using Digestive Health because the ingredient, Inulin, is contra-indicated. Use Health & Wellness daily. Because I've been using their products for so long, I can highly recommend Culturelle. Suggest reading ingredients carefully on all products to determine any allergies, sensitivities, or interactions with meds.

Everything is about "Cuturelle" and nothing about "this item!" I was completely unaware I was buying "blister pack." I just wanted a BOTTLE of capsules! Now I have to sit here and open these lousy pockets to fill my pill organizer. SMH
