This originated back in the 1960's as "London Leather" after-shave. It's been around for many decades and is a classic scent. I much prefer this after-shave scent to their cologne. There's just "something" extra special about this British Sterling After=Shave for me. I hope it's around for a long time.
couldn't find after shave anywhere . finally found it on Walmart.con.
My husband had been out of British Sterling aftershave since Christmas. He has used this for fifty years and was excited to receive this in the mail. I even bought two bottles. It was so easy to order and was received within the following week.
I've been using this After Shave for about 40 years and never tire of it. It's the only one my wife doesn't complain about.
This product should be readily available. This after shave is a high quality product. I have used this product for several years.
This is my second order of this product on-line. In years past I could buy the product in store. Not happy about that!! Anyway, my first order, when I opened the individual boxes, all four bottles had leaked at least a third of the contents. This time, I opened all four bottles upon receipt, and one had leaked at least that much. Not sure what you can do, but I have used this product since high school......a long time ago, and don't see changing at this point. Your service was good, and received in a timely manner. I'm just not happy I can't buy this in the local store.
Love the product but one of three containers had a loose lid and all leaked out leaving a soggy, smelly carton and shipping box. Im sorry if other customers products were damaged or tainted with the smell. I returned the bad bottle/box to my local Walmart and was refunded my cost for the one bad container.
When you order online it is a good possibility that the after shave bottle will be damaged and leak out. The real problem is the hoops you have to jump through to send it back for a replacement!
I'm not sure who makes this product, now but it is not the original British Sterling! I should have gone and tested this before I purchased it but doing it online was so much easier that I asked myself, "How much different can it be?" Well, it is not the original scent.
I ordered 2 bottles. Both arrived with over half the contents leaked all over the inside of the box. Both were still in their original boxes with cellophane wrapper, but the lids were not screwed on tight enough and they both leaked. returned for refund. I'm afraid to reorder.
