This works great for storing beads. Case seems sturdy and doesn't take up a lot of space.
This is a perfect earring organizer. I put my earrings in by color scheme, so I can easily find the pair I want. I closed the lid, turned it upside down, and shook it. All earrings stayed in their compartment. I have 2 of these, so I like the clear lid to help me easily locate where the pair I want is located. I originally put cotton in each compartment to protect my earrings. The earrings kept sticking to the cotton, so i got rid of that. I don't plan on taking the entire organizers anywhere, so I don't think the extra protection is needed. I removed the cotton and can now easily get the earrings out. I can't believe I didn't think about doing this earlier. Very happy with this purchase.
As any jewelry maker has discovered - you'll need TONS of storage for various beads, components, and findings. This purchase up's my count to about 100 such containers. They are reasonably-priced at Walmart, but tend to go out of stock quickly - ergo the online purchase.
Great storage for my beads, and easy to work from. Love it.
