This floor register looks fine, but I could not get it to fit in the hole in my floor. It has a thick plastic insert that goes all the way inside the opening and presses up against the edges of the hole in the floor. The old vent cover was a tight fit, but this one just wouldn't fit not matter what we did. If you have a a vent opening with a tight fit or irregular edges, I do not recommend this brand.

The size for this item is incorrect. The Picture displays 4x10 however what you receive is 2x12. I ordered twice thinking a mistake was made but not the case. The description is incorrect. If u want a 4x10 vent do not order because you will get a 2x12 regardless.
