I bought one of these and had no problems. Bought a second one and it had a bad Windows 10 Pro install. Seller was Bervie Electronics. PC would boot but would not allow a log in or allow any new account, just gave a temp account that was crippled so could not make any changes. Would not take updates. Did not come with a Windows system key. Case had minor damage. Tried to contact seller by phone and by there website. No response. No support, zilch, nada. Rather then return to Walmart, I purchased a new Windows key and re-installed Winndows. Still an Ok value P{C.
