This product is great. It provides all the benefits of a window or wall unit without loosing use of your window. The previous rater had unrealistic expectations. It must be remembered that this is a piece of air conditioning equipment and it needs to be treated with reasonable care. The unit functions perfectly without flaw. It is very economical as it comes with a power saving details of delayed start, a timer and dehumidifying abilities. The dehumidifier mode is very resourceful as it allows the room to feel cool by removing the moisture content without the expense of cooling AND dehumidifying. My only wish would be an insulated exhaust hose. As the exhaust air is hot, the hot hose will radiate the hot air into the room and thus decrease the room cooling efficiency.
