I have taken Delsym myself, so I figured the children's version was worth a shot. Boy am I glad we tried it! Within 15-20 minutes, he was no longer coughing, and he was able to get a full night of sleep for the first time in a week! Definitely would recommend this product!

I bought this recently and am so very glad I did. Wonderful grape taste. Yummy!! Kicks the cough almost immediately. I will make sure I keep this on hand for future attacks of bronchitis. Thank you for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Delsym 12hr children's cough relief liquid medicine has been an effective treatment for my children's cold symptoms. The relief they receive really is long lasting, and the grape flavor makes it easy for them to take. Unlike some of the other medications they have taken before, they do not dread when it's time to take the Delsym, because they like the grape flavor. I love the fact we do less frequent dosing than other medications due to the long lasting effectiveness. I would definitely recommend this to others with small children with cold symptoms.

She usually hates taking medicine and with most formulas they don't last long and she has to take more after only 4 hours. She hates it. Then came Delsym Children's 12 Hr Cough Relief Liquid Orange to save the day. She didn't hate the taste and I knew she could make it through the night with just one dose. The tickling, nagging cough wouldn't keep her awake all night. It's fabulous that I can use it for day or night. I love Delsym and would buy this again. I highly recommend this product if you want relief for your kiddo that lasts.
