This is a great way to regulate your bowels, and get help with bloating and gas. It keeps you regular and helps with constipation and diarrhea. I no longer am living on anti diarrhea meds, or nausea and vomiting meds. This keeps me in control.

I think that is important because it does no good if it is killed off. I have been taking probiotics for about 6 years now, after my first surgery. They are great as a daily supplement, but so important to use if taking an antibiotic. It is important to read the labels because they are not all the same. Some only have millions of live cultures, but this Digestive Advantage has 50 Billion, plus the added benefit of the protective shell. I feel so much better about taking these. I really do think they help promote digestive and immune health. I notice less bloating and rumbling tummy when I am taking this daily. I definitely take after a round of antibiotics, to help replenish my gut flora. We usually go to Mexico one a year for vacation. We always start Digestive Advantage Daily Probiotic Capsules a week before we travel, during the vacation, and after we get back. We definitely notice less digestive issues and getting sick possibly from other people(plane, buffets, etc.) when we are taking our probiotics. The packaging makes it very convenient for traveling as the capsules come in a foil blister pack that is perforated.
