I bought this product primairly for my daughter, she is in college and needed a vacuum with a hose to use during packing for the summer. The hose attaches to Space Bags to remove air for compact storage. This vacuum worked wonderfully for this purpose. I ordered it online and it arrived quickly. It is very easy to use, and light weight. My only complaint is that it is very, very loud. I would reccommened this product , if you can get past the noise.
I bought this to replace one very similar that I bought years ago. The only difference is the old one had a motor drive beater brush, this one is suction driven, and therefore not as powerful. The suction on the new one seems to be more powerful than the old one however, so it still does an excellent job getting animal hair off the furniture, just does not do quite as well on the truck carpets as the old one.
So far so good. I really like the hose attachment. I have dogs and it picks up all the hair very well on stairs. Would like a bit more suction, but is a good product for the price. I also really enjoy the site to store option that Walmart has and wish more items were available that way.
great item easy to use
I found it to be a bit bulkier than I expected. The detachable vacuums head is innovative and useful, but a bit awkward to use. It vacuumed great, well made, bagless is nice. Cord is just a bit too short. If you want to use it on your car the detachable head is a real help. I bought it to do my stairs carpet and it works well.
I have used Dirt Devil hand vacumes before and they were grea. This own as soon as you touch the carpet the burshes stop spinning. I tried to clean my sofa and other furniture but with out the brushes spinning it did not do a thing. I plan on taking it back for a refund and looking for a better product. The detachable head is very hard to use. An the brushes are not belt driven. They rely on suction so that it why they never work.
I bought this to replace my old Dirt Devil hand vac that I'd had for 15 years. This thing is useless! As soon as the brush touches the surface you're cleaning, it stops turning. It is driven by the suction, not a belt like the old one. Not good at all for stairs or pet hair, which is the only reason I bought it. I need to use it daily, have tried it 3 or 4 times but it's too frustrating, so it's going back!
This has a suction driven brush. The minute it touches anything it doesn't turn making it useless. While the motor is noisy it doesn't do much. It quit working all together in an unexpectedly short time period. The filters, if you can find them, are too expensive. Skip this one and move on to something worth the money.
I've owned one of these for 6 months. I only used it 12 times and it stopped working. The motor got really loud and then died. It didn't pick up dog hair very well. Save your money. Don't spend it on this piece of junk.
I bought this for my stairs. This product is very awkward to use, and if you put very little pressure on it (sweeping it back & forth to vacuum), the beater brush stops turning!!! And as far as the suction goes, that,s not very good at all either. I had to keep going over the same spots often untill I got everything. It took me at least 25 minutes to do 14 stairs!! I wasted my money & my gas to go and get this product and as soon as I can get back there, I,m going to return it & get my money back.
