I applied this on my daughter's arm for keratosis peralis and it made her skin a bit softer right away. But you have to continue use if you want to see improvement.
I have wicked cracked heels during sandal season, but this product keeps that at bay better than anything else I've ever tried. Just a small bit after I shower and the cracking and peeling is gone.
This product also comes in a small pump bottle, but it is difficult to use while using two hands because the bottle gets slippery. This larger container is so much easier. I bought it because my feet dry out in the winter, and this does a great job of keeping them soft. The FREE shipping with my entire order made it even better.
This is absolutely the best skin cream I have ever used… I bought one jar mid-pandemic…. My skin had been so dry that it led me to start to google what to do about scaly dry skin. I discovered reviews online of this cream. It is scent-free (although I personally love some nice scents). It goes on your skin so smoothly, is literally instantly absorbed with no greasy feel, zero residue. It's kind of like a magic cream. And that's probably why I have never, ever been able to order it since then. This is THE hottest commodity. I have been on so many waiting lists for it.. So if you ever see this in stock, BUY IT! It is currently such a hot item that the lowest price online is well over $52 a jar (Amazon 1.16.22)
The only cream that really helps my dry skin
I tried it today for the first time, and I can already feel my whole body feels significantly smoother. However, there are cons… the first is the infamous smell. It's tart and I would advise you apply at night or when you're planning to stay indoors all day. I would worry it causes BO. The second is there's a mild sting due to the high concentration of lactic acid. If you can deal with those, the product seems worth the cost. I'm looking forward to seeing how my skin will be by the time I finish the jar if this is how it feels already!
I love this cream. Great for entire body. This is the only cream that has gotten rid of the cracks on my heels.

This AmLactin Rapid Relief 15% Lactic Acid Skin Restoring Cream... I'm giving 4 stars because I've only been using it for a week, and I'll say that I have seen instant results on my dry, cracked heels. I can feel the slight sting of the lactic acid going to work on my body and face, and the feel of the cream is viscous and hydrating. I'm hoping, of course, that this will have earned 5 stars after continued use. If so, I'll happily update my rating if I'm able.
