The picture of the tiara is very small, so it's hard to see what it actually looks like. Before purchasing, I read the only other review on here and disregarded it. To give you an idea of what you're getting, here's as good of a description as I can give. The tiara consists of a typical plastic headband, which is wrapped tightly in ribbon to look gold. The rest of the tiara is made of a painted felt material which decently holds its shape. There are a few red and green plastic gems on there but not the 3 large teardrop gems in the center (those are painted on the felt. Finally, there's a small plastic oval with Rapunzel's portrait on it attached to the center of the tiara by glue and elastic. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone using it for anything other than it's intended use. A child's halloween costume.
When I first pulled up the picture of this tiara, I thought it was going to be cute and well worth my money. However, when I received it in the mail, I was so disappointed. It is cheap and bends easily. First of all, the picture needs to show the tiara in full detail. It needs to show what it is made of. I thought it would have been more sturdy but it feels like it is made of felt (or something similar) the headband part of it is also too cheaply made. It never stated in the item description what is is made of. I was going by the picture so I thought it was better made. Guess I was wrong :( I also don't like that it was shipped by Wayfair. I received it in reasonable time, but I am unable to return this at a Walmart store. I wanted to run in and get my money back!!!! You should have the option of returning it to Walmart or Wayfair. I will never shop online through Wayfair in the future. Also, it wasn't going to be worth returning it. (Although I understand the return policy, it just wasn't going to work for my inexpensive item) I would have been reimbursed the 12.99, but I was still responsible for shipping (7.00/both ways). In the end it was not worth the hassle. Very unhappy with this cheaply made item. It doesn't look like a "princess crown" and my daughter doesn't like it. I wish I had spent the 12.99 + 7.00 on a tiara at toys r us!! I wouldn't have paid 2.00 for this!!! DO NOT buy this!
