Cosco Scenera NEXT Car Seat is a great product for those who have small children and need to get around forever, whether in cars or plane travel, he and a light product in comparison with other car seat. And also is a product of good quality, with colors and designes for both the children also like, my and Minnie Coral Flowers, super cute, and easy to clean and to remove and wash with ease. And even better and those who follow cup holder so that our children can put the bottle or cup. It is not an expensive product. And super cute and safe. It keeps kids safer with Side Impact Protection built into the headrest and a five-point harness adjusts easily que from the front of the seat. I recommend this product to any parent like me.
I used this car seat to fly on Southwest. I was able to use the tether strap to hang it on my stroller’s handlebar through the airport. It’s very lightweight and easy to handle. We also used it in the car while on vacation. My child flew so much better in this car seat than she does as a lap child. She’s usually a complete nightmare on flights. Having her strapped down helped so much.
If you're looking for a cheap but sturdy car seat then this is a great buy! I was hesitant to purchase this car seat after all the negative reviews but it came in a big box, undamaged. It was super easy to install and I love that it's both rear facing and forward facing!
My son loves Mickey and needed a larger car seat that was still rear facing -we love this one ! It was easy to install and seems more comfortable to him now thats hes grown more - hes 1 year old , 22 lb and 30 inches tall and has plenty of room to grow !
We were putting off purchasing a convertible car seat simply because after all of the searching we'd done, we just couldn't afford one of the well known brand names. Our boy still had plenty of room to grow in his infant seat, but we knew the sooner you can get babies into a convertible, the safer. THANKFULLY, I was talking to my sister about this very problem and she pointed us in the direction of the Cosco Scenera Next. She and my other sister had both used this car seat for each of their kids (six altogether between them). Once I started doing research on the Cosco Scenera Next, I knew we'd found the right seat. In the top 5 of safest seats out there, AFFORDABLE, and it came in great colors and designs! We ordered the green because it's perfect for our boy and can be used for a girl later if needed. Installation was a breeze, took me 15 minutes tops. Making the right adjustments for our baby was easy enough, no issues there. So far our 10 month old loves his new seat! We are very impressed that you can get such quality at such a great price!
My little man is 3 months old but is 18lbs his infant set was a little too heavy and he hated it but he loves his big boy seay and it keeps him rear facing
Recently went cross country with my kids and bought this based on a suggestion of another mom on tiktok. i got the trolley holder and everything. she was completely right and a life saver at that.
I purchased this seat for my friend who has a 1 year old baby. The seat is well made, and very functional. I would recommend it. However, the instruction manual was very confusing. I had to google a how-to-use video to understand how to install and use the seat. I used a teddy bear to see how the seat worked.
My nephew is using this. He’s almost 2 ½ years old. First thing I noticed is how light it is. It would be great for travel via air and train as well as the car. The cover we got is the Otto- a graphic black with white design. The print fabric is an easy care wipe-clean kind of smooth fabric. The solid black fabric is a poly knit that is brushed, but it’s not a true black. It’s a bit faded. The padding is on the skimpy side, but my nephew doesn’t seem to mind. He says the seat is very comfortable and likes very much the side impact supports as they nestle him in safely and when he falls asleep the head cradle holds his head from falling. He also likes that the back is high enough to support his head. The cover comes off easily to throw in the laundry. The seat is nice and narrow and an adult can actually sit in the middle of the bench seat between two of these seats easily, as it doesn’t encroach. The harness and belt adjustments are plentiful, and the largest settings on both were perfectly comfortable for a 2 ½ year old. I wouldn’t have done this, but his very trusting mom actually held him upside down in the seat to test the harness and he stayed in, safe and sound…phew! (He loved doing that test.) The cup holder is detachable which makes it easy to clean. It doesn’t have a tabbed rubber rim that secures different size cups so, depending on size, some straw cups can wobble around in the holder a bit, but it is a nice convenience. I would recommend this seat to anyone looking for a simple easy to clean seat that is light and easy to move from car to car and/or travel with.
I received this car seat at no charge through a review company, the opinions expressed here are solely mine based on my own experiences with this product. I selected this car seat to use for my toddler. Although he is within the manufacturers guidelines for height and weight he did not fit properly in this seat. I would not recommend this seat for a toddler due to sizing issues. The design of the fabric is very nice and the cover does come off for washing. Moving the straps to the different areas is easy and only takes a few minutes. The cover is very thin and there is not any padding on the seat making it very hard and I think it would be uncomfortable for someone to sit in for very long. The issue I had with my son fitting in the seat properly was related to the straps, I moved them to the highest shoulder position and moved the buckle that goes between the legs to furthest position. I also made sure the straps were loosened all the way. When I buckled him in the straps the bottom pieces push down on his legs, I think that the strap between the legs should have been made longer and then possibly this wouldn't have happened. The seat might work for an infant however I didn't use it for one. Again even if your child fits in this seat, it is very hard and I don't think they will be very comfortable in it.
