I don't know what kind of stroller has a "front" which this toy's straps would fit around - but the type of stroller we have and all the one's I've seen, this toy does NOT fit around (in front). However, even hanging by ONE strap - it is an excellent toy and attraction for the baby. I would buy it again and could even add some velcro strapping to make it fit. This has improved our walking the baby almost 50% or more!! I would give it a 5 star all the way around except that the velcro strapping is not long enough for what I would consider MOST strollers. I still would buy it again and use it most happily!!
The tray of my stroller is big and most stroller trays are. The straps are not long enough to fit around the stroller tray. Doesn't work for the stroller!
